How to create a site?

I just got my subdomain and honestly I don't know what's next.
How to make a template or add some gadgets like chatbox, twitter plugin etc.

First step is to install wordpress and find a free theme or pay someone to make one for you. Once you have a theme you can add plugins to get the chatbox/twitter stuff. We have some free themes in our member section and you can also find some at fancrave.net which is a great resource to learn more about making fansites.

I didn't know they disabled registrations, I'm assuming it was to prevent spam. Maybe contact them on twitter and they should be able to get you an account created.
